Frank was recently pulled from a kill shelter in NYC. He was a stray that no one claimed. We can't understand that because he's a fabulous dog. Frank looked adorable all fluffy but was stinky and knotted so he got shaved down. Even practically bald we think he's still very handsome, and luckily his hair will grow back soon. Frank is friendly and well behaved. He's adjusting very well to his foster home where he gets to play and take nice walks. Check back for updates. .
